Results

There will be four main results of the TeleGrow project:

Each partner country will produce a national report regarding teleworking conditions in the national context. The report will be developed in two main phases. The first part will be a research and the second phase will be the outcome of a wide research survey conducted with questionnaires among two main focus groups:

  1. VET learners and employees aged 50+
  2. VET providers

A modular training tool Guide with transversal soft skills applied to teleworking focusing on maintaining work-life balance.

Creation of the Training Modular content of the project –  a modular training tool with transversal digital hard skills that will equip the order professionals with necessary skills of the digital era, which will be inevitable for tomorrows’ work settings and were necessitated by the COVID19 pandemics, making this swift a vital requirement.

The TeleGrowing Hub will be an e-learning platform, designed in a dual format: one sub-platform for the VET learners/employees aged 50+ and one for the VET providers. In each sub-platform there will be also a section, listing other open sources (e-books, videos, etc.), that can offer extra help to the target groups’ skills development.
